Ingredients

  • 50 ml of orange juice. Ideally, it should be freshly squeezed.
  • 50 ml of cava or champagne.
  • 25 ml of The Botanical’s London Dry Gin.
  • 25 ml of vodka.
  • A slice of orange.

Elaboration

In a shaker, mix the juice of 1 orange with 20 g white sugar (optional), 25 ml of The Botanical’s London Dry Gin and 25 ml of vodka. Shake the mixture very well, since the sugar should be well dissolved. You can use a cocktail glass or a Martini. Pour the mixture and into the glass, previously adding ice to taste. Add 50 ml of champagne and garnish with a slice of orange to enjoy this Mediterranean drink.
