One of the most representative classic cocktails, they say it was created in London and others in New York during the 19th century. This cocktail is characterized by its delicious and refreshing flavor, perfect for meetings with friends. Its preparation is very simple:

Ingredients

  • Tall glass and ice.
  • 100 ml of lemon juice.
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar or syrup.
  • 50 ml of The Botanical’s London dry Gin.
  • 100 ml of soda.

Elaboration

Pour the lemon juice into a tall glass and add a tablespoon of sugar or syrup and 50 ml of The Botanical’s London dry gin. Stir until the sugar is diluted. Add the soda carefully so that the gas does not escape. Add 3 or 4 ice cubes. Garnish with 1 lemon wedge.
