The Botanical’s London Dry gin is a classic gin that is made in a process involving 14 botanicals (one of them secret) and distilled at Langley Distillery (Distillery of cult in London), using two small stills, both destinations and independently, the fusion of the two distillations on site to a unique gin, rich in nuances and of exceptional quality. Only a small part of the distillation (Small Batch) is selected, the one with the highest purity, discarding the rest. After the fourth distillation, the Spirit is infused with the 14 botanicals (each one individually) and then distilled one last time. The water used in the production comes from an ancient aquifer located on the outskirts of London. This spring differs from the rest in that most of its water comes from rain, it is filtered through a basaltic rock.
