Ingredients

  • Tall glass with ice.
  • 60 ml of The Botanical’s London Dry Gin.
  • 30 ml lemon juice.
  • 20 ml of syrup.
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar.
  • 1/2 egg white.
  • 30 ml of soda.

Elaboration

Mix in a shaker 60ml The Botanical’s, 30ml of lemon juice, 20ml of caramel syrup, lightly beaten egg white, the tablespoon of sugar and shake it vigorously. Strain the content twice and pour it into a chilled tall glass. We add the soda and finish by placing the foam to give a creamy texture.
